How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches out to Laurablood Mold Help to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Bring to Us

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Laurablood Mold Help
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we linked you with behaved

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, test results, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, start by raising it with the provider directly, and keep a written record.

Still, we want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of our expectations may be removed. Keep in mind that Laurablood Mold Help cannot settle contract disputes, hand out refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@laurablood.living and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If your state licenses mold assessors or remediators, the licensing agency may be able to help too.
